 Our projects range from $5,000 to $800,000 per contract budget.

TECH LEGNDS employs up to 15 skilled tradesmen working at multiple projects throughout the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.  Our completed work performance spans from general contracting to include all architectural trades, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, commercial equipment kitchen repair services, demolition, excavation, roofing, plan design/ blueprints 

and stamped engineering services.
